It is said that the character of Lots the Bear, Toy Story 3 antagonist , was created by creative director John Lasseter , director of the first two films. Lots would have to appear at the end of Toy Story, then the storyboard has been rebuilt. He revealed the same to John Lasseter Toy Fair 2010, where new toys were presented in the third film.
